Terms of Service

1. Accepting these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Easy Domain Factory (“Easy Domain Factory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing easydomainfactory.com or using its related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Accounts and access

The Service uses password-free email verification. You are responsible for using an email address you control, protecting your email account and device, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not share, sell, or transfer your login or membership.

A verified login does not by itself unlock the domain workspace. An active lifetime membership is required. We may refuse or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, address fraud or chargebacks, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

3. What the Service does

Easy Domain Factory helps you generate, import, compare, score, shortlist, research, export, and check possible domain names. It may label candidates as likely premium and may provide information that helps you continue to a third-party registrar.

The Service is a research tool. It is not a registrar, registry, trademark search service, law firm, or broker, and it does not reserve or register a domain for you. A domain is not yours until a registrar successfully completes the registration and you comply with that registrar’s agreement.

4. Availability, premium status, and scores

Domain availability can change at any time. Checks use signals such as DNS and registration-data services and can be delayed, incomplete, rate-limited, or wrong. “Apparently available,” “registered,” “unknown,” premium labels, generated scores, and other results are estimates—not guarantees of availability, price, registrability, quality, or legal suitability.

Confirm availability, final and renewal pricing, premium status, and registration terms directly with your chosen registrar before relying on a result or spending money. You are responsible for trademark, business-name, sanctions, and other legal checks. Consider qualified legal advice before adopting a name.

5. Lifetime membership and payment

Lifetime access is currently offered for a one-time price of US $19.99. The price presented at checkout controls your purchase. “Lifetime” means access for the operating life of the Easy Domain Factory Service; it is not a promise that every feature or the Service will exist forever. We may improve, replace, remove, or discontinue features as the product changes.

Payment is processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy. Your access is provisioned only after our signed Stripe webhook confirms a qualifying payment. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, one-time membership payments are final after access is delivered. Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, billing errors, or a Service access problem.

Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, premium names, hosting, and other third-party services are not included. We do not control third-party prices, policies, availability, security, or handling of information.

6. Your inputs and responsibilities

You retain any rights you have in project briefs, keywords, exclusions, candidate names, and other material you submit (“Inputs”). You give us a limited, worldwide license to process Inputs only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the requested Service functionality.

You are responsible for your Inputs, selections, and use of every result. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide your Inputs and that your use of the Service and any chosen name will comply with law and will not infringe, mislead, impersonate, defraud, or harm another person.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• break the law or violate another person’s rights;
• generate or register names for fraud, phishing, malware, impersonation, or abuse;
• probe, disrupt, overload, bypass limits on, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• share access or use automated means to scrape or send harmful request volumes;
• reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• help anyone else do any of the above.

8. Generated names and Service rights

Generated names may not be unique. The same or similar result may be produced for other users, already exist, or be independently created by someone else. We do not assign ownership in a generated name or promise that it can be protected as intellectual property.

The Service—including its software, interface, design, compilation, and branding—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms give you permission to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of the Service or the Easy Domain Factory brand.

9. Account project storage, retention, and exports

Domain projects and saved candidates are stored with your account and sync across signed-in devices. Temporary generated or similar-name batches may expire after 30 days unless results are imported, favorited, or retained through research or notes. You remain responsible for exporting important decision records and maintaining any independent backup required for your business or legal needs.

10. Service changes and termination

We may modify, limit, or discontinue all or part of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, a reversed payment, legal requirements, or a security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination do so.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Domain Factory and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or domain names, arising from or related to the Service.

Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits apply only to the extent allowed by law.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Easy Domain Factory and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and suppliers from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your Inputs, your registration or use of a domain, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

14. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the Service. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.

Before filing a formal dispute, please contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Any dispute remains subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of a court legally competent to hear it.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
